- Glide cargo seamlessly from cart to truck bed in one motion with our Lift-and-Slide system

Why we rate it at 440 lb (not 660 lb)
We tested the system up to 660 lb, but began seeing long-term stress at that level. Rather than advertise a higher number, we rate the cart at 440 lb for safe, repeatable use — protecting reliability, warranty, and your safety.

Frequently asked questions
What is the warranty?
A: We offer a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If an issue arises within the first year, we will repair or replace the affected parts at our discretion.
Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and long-term reliability.
Is the cart fully assembled when it ships?
A: Yes. The cart ships fully assembled and secured in a boxed pallet. The only setup required is to open the control box and reconnect the battery, which is disconnected during shipping for safety.
Tools included, no complicated setup — you’ll be ready to use it quickly.
How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is included in the price. If your order requires ocean + LTL shipping, we’ll also cover all import duties — so there are no surprise fees. Your price is all-inclusive: product, shipping, and duties.
When will I get my order?
A: Shipping time depends on your location and the warehouse we use. Currently, we ship from:
Portland, OR, USA
Melbourne, Australia
Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
Vancouver, BC, Canada (coming soon)
Mexico (in process)
Germany (in process)
Orders typically ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight in 7–10 days. For longer distances, we may combine ocean shipping + LTL, which usually takes 35–40 days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order. Also, please enter your phone number at check out as LTL carrier will need it to contact you to set up delivery details.
What is the return policy?
A: We accept returns only for items with defects in materials or workmanship.
If you believe your cart is defective, please contact our customer service team with details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that works reliably and safely.
What is the maximum weight lifting capacity?
A: For safe and long-term use, we recommend lifting up to 440 lb (200 kg).
During testing, the cart only began to show stress at 550 lb (250 kg), but using it above 440 lb could reduce the lifespan of the cart and affect safety.
Our rating prioritizes reliability, durability, and your safety, rather than inflated numbers you might see elsewhere.
Why isn’t the product designed to lift more than 440 lbs?
To lift heavier loads, we would need to significantly reinforce the structure — using thicker and wider metal frames — which would increase the overall weight of the cart.
With the current design, the cart already weighs around 180 lbs. Adding more weight would reduce its mobility and make it harder to load, unload, or maneuver — especially when used alongside a truck or van.
Our goal was to strike the best balance between lifting capacity and portability, making the cart strong enough for most use cases while remaining practical for everyday handling and transport.
How long does the battery last?
While exact battery life depends on usage patterns, under normal conditions, a full charge can power approximately 140 continuous full lift-and-lower cycles at the maximum load of 440 lbs. For lighter loads or partial lifts, you can expect even more cycles per charge. The system is designed for efficiency and reliability across a full day of typical use.
With proper care, your battery is designed to last a couple of years. We understand that batteries eventually need replacing, and we're planning to offer convenient battery replacement services in the near future. This will ensure your system continues to operate efficiently for years to come.
How do I charge the battery?
A charger is included with all purchases of LiftMate Glide200.
How do I connect the battery?
To connect the battery, please refer to our detailed tutorial video. The battery is disconnected during transport for safety reasons, so you will need to connect it yourself upon arrival.
Is this product rated for outdoor use? What if it rains during transportation?
A: Yes! The Lift & Slide Cart has a durable powder-coated finish that resists weather, making it suitable for outdoor use.
The control box can handle light rain, but for heavy rain or if the cart will be left outside for extended periods, we recommend covering it with a waterproof cover. You can check out our control box cover in the shop.
With proper care, your cart will perform reliably outdoors for years.
Will the cart tip over?
No, the cart is engineered for stability during both loading and unloading. When extending the cart, the cargo weight shifts onto the truck bed, which helps prevent tipping. During unloading, the cart remains stable with a moderate load. However, we recommend holding the handles while operating—especially on uneven ground or when the cart is empty. The up/down button is conveniently located next to the handle to allow safe, controlled operation. When used correctly, tipping is not a concern.
Will the cart move around in my truck bed while driving?
No, the cart will remain secure during transport as long as the rear-wheel brakes are engaged. For extra stability, we recommend using tie-down straps to secure both the cart and your cargo to the truck bed.
Can the cart handle rough terrain?
The cart is equipped with wheels designed to navigate mild terrain such as gravel or grass. However, due to the weight of the cart and any additional load, extra effort may be required when moving it over uneven surfaces or up slopes. For best performance, we recommend using the cart on relatively flat and stable ground.
How long does it take for the cart to lift to the maximum height?
It takes about 35 seconds for the cart to lift from ground level to its maximum height.
Are any purchases final sale?
A: Yes, all purchases are final sale, except for items with defects in materials or workmanship. For defective items, please see our Return Policy or contact our customer service team — we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
