At Pairon Tools, we work to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered securely. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to high order volumes.


Warehouse Locations & Regional Fulfillment

Pairon Tools operates and utilizes warehouses in multiple regions to improve delivery speed and reliability. Orders shipping to countries or regions with an active warehouse are typically delivered faster.

Most countries within the European Union (EU) are considered a single shipping region. Orders shipping to EU countries serviced by our European warehouse network will generally qualify for faster delivery times.

Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse that best serves your delivery location when available.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Shipping methods include LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight and ocean transport, depending on destination and warehouse availability.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Regions With Active Warehouses

  • Shipments are typically sent via LTL freight

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 days

  • This includes most destinations within the European Union (EU)

Regions Without Active Warehouses

  • Shipments are sent via ocean transport followed by LTL freight

  • Estimated delivery time: 35–40 days

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier availability

Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories fall under the 35–40 day delivery timeframe, as they are not serviced by mainland warehouse freight routes.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the product price for all main products.

Accessories are excluded from free shipping and are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 per order.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout based on your order contents.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

We may not always provide a tracking number because certain shipping methods we use, such as LTL freight and ocean transport, do not always offer standard tracking.

Delivery Requirements

A valid phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery or resolve any delivery issues. Orders may be delayed if a reachable phone number is not provided.


Shipping Restrictions

There may be countries or regions we are unable to ship to due to carrier limitations or import restrictions.

Please note that delivery to certain remote areas, islands, or locations with limited access may not be possible.

If your country is not listed as a shipping option at checkout, please contact us at contact@paironsolutions.com to confirm whether delivery is possible.


Delays & Liability

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, port congestion, or events beyond our control.

Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Lost shipments will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s claim process.
